Beautiful and Comfortable!

I find these shoes to be quite stylish - can be worn with jeans, skirts and dresses! I am taking them to Ireland this year and will appreciate the waterproof capabilities

Great runners

I have neurapathoy and plantar fascitis these Sayah shoes are great for me to wear for hours without any pain , I bought the sandals first which I loved and then the runners... darker colours would be nice .I will buy again

Superior customer service

Customer service gets 10 stars!
I received a pair that had a spot on them (just one shoe) and called customer service to report the issue. They asked for pictures (reasonable) and after receiving the image, they promptly offered to replace the damaged pair. When I asked about sending them back, they said no worries - donate to someone else. Oh and the shoe is super comfy. Had to size up a full size but that could be due to summer heat and feet swelling.

Not only will I be purchasing from Cougar again, I also want to applaud the CSR team that resolved my issue so swiftly. It was a pleasure. See you again soon.

MOST comfortable shoe ever!

I have arthritis and plantar fasciitis and these are the ONLY shoe I can wear all day! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! I hope to see more fun colors in the future to add to my Sayah collection! :-)

The BEST sneakers ever

I am obsessed with my new Sayah sneakers. Who ever thought you could get such great looking shoes that are so comfortable too!!?!! I feel like I am walking on clouds. I get compliments all the time from people of all ages. Some of my friends are going to buy some too. Now I need to decide whether to get my next pair in blue or taupe 🤷‍♀️?

Sneakers but don't look like sneakers

I got the white/taupe ones and I love them even more than I thought I would. I love how comfy they are - you don't feel like you are wearing a sporty sneaker with these - they are super chic and I think I can even wear them to work for a casual look. Might get a second pair!
